Fuel Gas Supply System

The Fuel Gas Supply System is a system that regulates the temperature and pressure of the gas used as fuel and removes impurities to provide a stable supply.

Natural gas suppliers supply natural gas through pipes to demand sources, and natural gas is supplied under high pressure, so it should be reduced to the pressure desired by the user and delivered to demand sources. To this end, a land fuel supply system exists at each natural gas supply point to decompress and supply natural gas under the conditions required by the user.

The land fuel supply system for natural gas supplies provides the pressure demanded by the user (power plant, city gas company), measures the flow rate to settle the charges of the natural gas supplied, and cuts off and dissipates the natural gas supply in case of emergency.

Gas Turbine Fuel Supply System

To maximize the thermal efficiency of the gas turbine, fuel must be supplied at a specific pressure and temperature. Cogeneration plants and combined thermal power plants, which use natural gas as fuel, have fuel supply systems for gas turbines inside.

The purpose of these gas supply systems is to remove impurities from natural gas and supply natural gas at a pressure and temperature (more than 250 degrees) condition where gas turbine can produce high thermal efficiency.

Composition of Fuel Supply System for Land Use

The purpose is to remove solid particles and liquid contaminants such as dust, rust, pipeline scale, condensate and fine water from natural gas and to protect the pressure regulating valves and flow meters at the rear.

Heat Exchanger

Used to compensate for the drop in natural gas temperature by the pressure control valve to protect the pressure control valve or to create natural gas at the temperature (more than 250 degrees) required by the gas turbine.

Pressure Regulating Valve

Used to reduce and control natural gas supplied under high pressure to the pressure required by the gas turbine. The rear end of the pressure control valve has a safety valve and an emergency shut-off valve to protect the rear end system in hazardous situations.


It is used to measure the flow rate of fuel gas in real time and consists of a flow meter, a gas component analyzer, and a flow computer. The flow computer continuously calculates the flow rate by the pressure, temperature, flow rate, and gas composition collected from the system.
